This is a new residence for a prominent Palm Beach client and was designed by Smith and Moore Architects. Coming from a European background, the client was comfortable with classical Architectural design and wanted this reflected for his new house inside and out. I was tasked with designing the Architecture of the major interior public spaces as well some of the exterior design such as the Frontispiece and the North Loggia which faces an expansive and protected Mangroves on the island.
We tried to keep the residence compact, per the client’s request, but strived to make it elegant and welcoming.
